Thank you for choosing Ginny Marie's! Ginny Marie's is formally known as Ginny Marie's LLC, doing business as Ginny Marie's. All visitors to https://www.ginnymaries.com (site) agree to the following terms.
1. Orders:
Once order has been submitted, order is final. Ginny Marie's reserves the right to process all orders once submitted. Any orders that have not been processed can be cancelled at the discretion of Ginny Marie's and may be subject to a $10 restock fee per item.
2. Returns & Exchanges:
Stock items purchased at www.ginnymaries.com or in store with no customization are returnable at the discretion of Ginny Marie's. Returns requests must be submitted to customerservice@ginnymaries.com within 10 days of receiving said item. Returns on stock items may be subject to a $10 restock fee. Approved returns on in stock items must arrive at Ginny Marie's 3920 Ridge Avenue in Macon, Georgia within no more than 14 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Any customized options are non-returnable & non-refundable. Monogram Box items are offered at a final sale discount and may also include free gifts. Returns & Exchanges are not accepted on Monogram Box items.
3. Personal Information:
By including phone number, email address, and mailing address in orders or customer accounts with Ginny Marie's in store or online at www.ginnymaries.com you are opting in to receive updates and coupons from Ginny Marie's. If at any time we send you a text or email to the number included at www.ginnymaries.com and you choose to opt out, we will no longer send texts to the number that opted out or emails to the email address that opted out. By including your personal information, at checkout or in your customer account at www.ginnymaries.com, you are agreeing to receive texts or emails until opting out of these services. You can opt out at any time within the text message or within any emails.
