Do you offer monogramming on outside items?

Yes! If you live locally, you may bring in personal items to be monogrammed.


How do I upgrade my monogram box?

Email customerservice@ginnymaries.com. Include current box size, requested upgrade, and name account is in.


If my payment is late will this prevent my box from shipping with the other boxes in my batch?

Yes! If your payment does not clear on the 1st it is pulled out of line and may not ship with the boxes in that batch.
