Return Policy for Ginny Marie's

Returns & Exchanges: 

Stock items purchased at www.ginnymaries.com or in store with no customization are returnable for store credit to use interchangeably in stores and online at Ginny Marie's.  Store credit can be combined with other offers, can be redeemed for gift certificates, and has no expiration.  Returns requests must be submitted to customerservice@ginnymaries.com within 7 days of receiving said item.  Returns on stock items may be subject to a $10 restock fee. Returns on in stock items must arrive at Ginny Marie's 4646 Forsyth Road Suite 130-135 in Macon, Georgia within no more than 14 days of purchase. Customer pays return shipping.  However, if the item that arrives to the customer is not exactly what the customer ordered Ginny Marie's assumes responsibility for return shipping costs and item replacement.  Purchases made in stores can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase date.  Items must be unworn with tags and no damages.

Sale items are final sale and may not be returned.  

Any customized options are non-returnable & non-refundable.  

Monogram Box items are offered at a final sale discount and may also include free gifts.  Returns & Exchanges are not accepted on Monogram Box items.
