Assistant Manager with Store Manager Track - Macon

Retail Management- Assistant Manager with Store Manager Track

Job Type- Full Time

Assistant Manager is responsible for understanding and operating in line with our Mission Statement, Company Motto, and Customer Service Expectations.

Our Manager is responsible for leading the store to ensure success in all aspects of customer service, profitable operations, staff development, and merchandise presentation. The Store Manager sets the mark for the standards of excellence.  

Assistant Manager will receive thorough training in team development, customer service, customer accounts management, administrative tasks, marketing, merchandising, & sales. In addition, Assistant Manager will be given creative freedom to implement personal experience, learned tactics etc. to assist in executing each of these tasks. It is our policy at Ginny Marie’s to place individuals where they will succeed. If Assistant Manager possesses talents, skills, or knowledge in a particular area, we encourage your growth in this area and welcome you to implement your own creativity to expand on our job description. In turn, other tasks may be delegated as needed for Assistant Manager to have the necessary time to perform tasks relative to individual's skill set so long as the attention to these tasks are also beneficial to the growth of Ginny Marie’s.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Developing Team Atmosphere Contributing to work culture; Cultivating kindness, Maintaining a positive work environment; Delegating tasks and responsibilities as appropriate; Ensuring goals set by Store Manager are fulfilled by self and by staff
  • Administrative Tasks Maintaining customer accounts with careful attention to detail, Answering emails, Assisting with Inventory Management; Maintaining an organized work environment; Any order processing & shipping delegated by Store Manager. Must perform all administrative tasks with high regards to productivity and accuracy.
  • Production Pulling website orders, packaging & shipping with attention to detail and order accuracy
  • Marketing Assist Store Manager in executing strategies for promotional events, seasonal events and day-to-day operations of the store; Assist Store Manager in Public outreach- creating relationships with community organizations i.e. sororities, clubs, schools, etc.
  • Merchandising Maintaining a clean & organized sales floor; Following directions in implementing set displays; using creative outlet to maintain excellent flow on sales floor
  • Sales Knowledge of products & brands; Assist Store Manager in identifying opportunities for improvement and implement plans to increase sales and profitability; assist with customer service; problem resolution

Fashionista - Macon

Job Type- Part Time Sales Associate

Sales Associate is responsible for understanding and operating in line with our Mission Statement, Company Motto, and Customer Service Expectations.

Sales Associate aka Fashionistas will receive thorough training in customer service, product knowledge, and job responsibilities.  In addition, Sales Associates are asked to share their own personal experience, learned tactics, individual talents/skill sets etc. to assist in executing each of these tasks.  

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Contributing to positive work environment

  • Providing excellent customer service; building relationships with customers

  • Checking out customers

  • Cash Handling

  • Assisting customers in dressing rooms

  • Accepting custom orders from customers

  • Maintaining a clean & organized store front

Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative - Macon

Administrative Assistant with Management Track - Macon

Part Time/Full Time

Administrative Assistant is responsible for understanding and operating in line with our Mission Statement, Company Motto, and Customer Service Expectations.

Administrative Assistant will receive thorough training in customer service, customer accounts management, administrative tasks, production, inventory management, shipping & receiving, marketing, & sales.
