What is in my box or Swag Bag?

  • Gifts, Jewelry, Accessories, Apparel >>  Make sure you are adding all your favs to your online Wishlist so that we can plan boxes that are full of fabulousness!

 Things you need to know:

  • You can cancel your Boutique Box at any time.  We will continue to send you boxes as long as you like BUT if you do not absolutely love all of your items you can cancel any time.  Because Monogram Boxes contain customized products these we do request notice when canceling Monogram Boxes.  This will not apply to Boutique Boxes. As long as you cancel at least 3 days before the 1st of the month, we will not charge your card.  Both Monogram Box subscriptions and Boutique Box subscriptions can be paused at any time.
  • We do have the first 3 months planned with Best Selling gifts, clothing, & accessories.  Some items may slightly vary.  Any time we have items that slightly vary we will check out your questionairre and wish list to give you the variation that best fits you!  DEFINITELY add your favs to your WISHLIST at www.ginnymaries.com  Even though we have the first few months planned, we will be viewing all of our Boutique Box customer wish lists to plan future boxes.  One of the things we believe in at Ginny Marie's is listening to our customers.  So, we are always reviewing answers from our Facebook polls, Email responses, & wish lists to bring you PURE AWESOMENESS!!!  
  • Returns:  Returns are not accepted on monthly box items. All sales are final.  BUT we will absolutely exchange any clothing items that do not fit if we have the same item in stock in another size you would like to try!  We never want you to be stuck with something that does not work for you. We take a full sizing profile to prevent errors with sizing.  We do ask that you email us any changes if you fluctuate.  For returns or profile changes you can reach us at customerservice@ginnymaries.com.  Our Customer Service dept. is open Monday-Friday and we always respond in no more than 1 business day.  Taking care of our fabulous gals {you!} is our #1 priority!!!!  Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your items if you need to make an exchange.
